Callout Charge in Edinburgh
Our Callout charge for the first hour is £135 and £65 per hour from second hour onwards.
If we attend a callout weather emergency or non emergency and finish a repair within 20 minutes the callout charge is still £130.
For plumbing and heating callouts, the repair costs tend to be split into two sections:

A callout charge for attending the work or emergency.

The charge for completing the works
1 hour charge (up to first hour charge) = £135 for first hour
2nd hour and above = £75 per hour.
Callout Charge outside
Edinburgh
Any callouts charges outside the City of Edinburgh will be charged as follows :
East Lothian, West Lothian, Mid Lothian, Fife
First Hour callout charge = £150 for first hour
Glasgow, Perth, Dundee or areas surrounding these =
First Hour callout charge = £200 for first hour
